By booking an education session, attending an event or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
knowledge. by Dan Gregory provides live education, hands-on workshops and virtual learning experiences designed for modern barbers/hairdressers.
BOOKINGS
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
knowledge. reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If an attendee is unable to attend, ticket transfers may be considered at the discretion of knowledge.
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, attendees will be offered:

EDUCATION SESSIONS
All education content is intended for professional and educational purposes only.
Event timings, venues and session content may occasionally change where necessary.
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully throughout all education sessions. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
HANDS-ON WORKSHOPS
Attendees participating in practical sessions are responsible for using tools and equipment safely and professionally.
knowledge. by Dan Gregory accepts no responsibility for injury, damage or loss resulting from misuse of tools or equipment during practical sessions.
VIRTUAL EDUCATION
Virtual education sessions are intended solely for the registered attendee.
Recording, reproducing or distributing virtual education content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Access links must not be shared.
PRIVATE ONE TO ONE SESSIONS
Private education sessions are tailored specifically to the attendee and may include practical demonstrations, hands-on learning, creative consultation and personalised technical guidance.
Due to the limited availability and bespoke nature of these sessions, all One to One bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
knowledge. by Dan Gregory reserves the right to reschedule private sessions where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In this situation, an alternative date will be offered.
Attendees are responsible for arriving on time and bringing any required tools or equipment unless otherwise stated prior to the session.
All education content, techniques and materials shared during private sessions remain the intellectual property of knowledge. by Dan Gregory and may not be reproduced, recorded or distributed without written permission.
Private sessions are intended for professional educational purposes only.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All education content, imagery, branding, videos and materials associated with knowledge. by Dan Gregory remain the intellectual property of knowledge.
Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
Photography and videography may take place during events and education sessions for promotional purposes.
By attending an event, you consent to the possible use of your image unless requested otherwise in writing prior to the event.
LIABILITY
